  • Clear photos of the damage and packaging
  • A handwritten note in the photo with your name and the original purchase date

Step 3: Claim Review & Resolution

Once we receive your claim, our team will review the provided details. If approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or send a replacement (if available). In some cases, we may request that the damaged item be returned before finalizing the resolution.

3. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Items that are not damaged upon arrival
  • Items that have been opened, used, or altered
  • Sale, discounted, or promotional items (unless specified otherwise)
  • Return requests made after the 7-day reporting period

4. Incorrect Address, Failed Deliveries & Lost Packages

  • If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be found, we will file a lost or stolen package claim with the carrier. However, if the carrier denies the claim, we are unable to provide a refund.
